A finance company Tickmill partnered with recruitment agency Brandem to fill the position of Group Reconciliation Officer. Our role in this project was to create compelling recruitment materials, and attract highly-qualified candidates for the vacancy using digital advertising.
Tickmill is a Forex and CFD broker, offering trading services with a prime focus on Forex, Stock Indices, Commodities and Bonds. Tickmill Europe Ltd is a member of Tickmill Group and is authorised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC).
The ideal candidate that we were targeting with the paid social media campaign needed to have experience in reconciliation, accounting or financial services, a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, and a university degree.

As a solution, we designed and developed a custom landing page, highlighting the benefits and perks working as a Group Conciliation Officer at Tickmill. We created it based on Tickmill’s employer value proposition, position specificy, brand guidelines and tone of voice. The aim of the landing page was to capture attention of potential candidates and receive their contact details.
Next, we set up a social media advertising campaign that led to that position-specific landing page. Due to the nature of this position, we chose Facebook and Instagram as the channels for the job adverts.
After a potential candidate clicked on an advertisement seen on social media, they landed on a specifically created landing page. The job applicants was able to send their CVs and details via an application form. The information was received by a recruiter in their applicant tracking software.
