A tech company Fortumo contacted recruitment agency Brandem to fill the position of Director of Business Development. Our role in this project was to attract highly-qualified candidates for Brandem’s client using digital marketing.
Fortumo is an Estonian-based global direct carrier billing platform that makes mobile payments happen for millions of people around the world. Their customers include Google Play, Spotify and PayPal.
The ideal candidate for the Director of Business Development position needed to have extensive experience in international business development and be familiar with SaaS companies and the technology industry.

As a solution, we decided to build a position-specific landing page highlighting the benefits of this position and company. We created a digital advertising campaign that would lead to a position-specific landing page. Due to the nature of this position, we chose LinkedIn and Facebook as the channels for the digital advertising campaign. On the landing page, there was an application form that the potential candidate could fill to apply for a position.
