A modern gaming company Rush Street Interactive contacted recruitment agency Brandem to fill the position of Senior Technical Recruiter. Our role in this project was to attract highly-qualified candidates for the vacancy of Rush Street Interactive using digital advertising.
Rush Street Interactive is an American-based modern gaming company that focuses on developing and operating real money and social gaming online products.
The ideal candidate that we were targeting needed to have experience as a full-cycle recruiter, an ability to understand the technology and a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.

As a solution, we designed and developed a position-specific landing page highlighting the benefits of this position and company. We created it based on Rush Street Interactive’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
We designed and set up a digital advertising campaign that led to a position-specific landing page. Due to the nature of this position, we chose Facebook and Instagram as the channels for the digital advertising campaign.
After a potential candidate clicked on an advertisement seen on social media, they landed on a specifically created landing page with an application form. Rush Street Interactive’s Head of People Operations received the information about the candidates and their CVs in her email.
