A software as a service company Briox contacted recruitment agency Brandem to fill the position of Customer Success Manager. Our role in this project was to attract highly-qualified candidates for Briox using digital advertising.
Briox is one of the few international SaaS companies in the Nordic and Baltic region that sells its own ERP system that supports accounting, invoicing, time management and related tasks. They are headquartered in Sweden.
The ideal candidate that we were targeting needed to have previous experience in delivering B2B customer success and a good knowledge of accounting.

As a solution, we designed and developed a position-specific landing page highlighting the benefits of this position and company. We created it based on Briox’s brand guidelines and tone of voice.
We designed and set up a digital advertising campaign that led to a position-specific landing page. Due to the nature of this position, we chose Facebook and Instagram as the channels for the digital advertising campaign.
After a potential candidate clicked on an advertisement seen on social media, they landed on a specifically created landing page where there was an application form.
