An international retail company Frasers Group partnered with recruitment agency Brandem to fill the positions for Software Engineers in Estonia. Our role in this project was to create compelling recruitment materials, and attract highly-qualified candidates for the vacancy using digital advertising.

Frasers Group is changing the face of retail. From humble origins starting as a small sports shop in Maidenhead in 1982, Frasers Group is now a collection of the world’s most iconic brands, including Sports Direct, House of Frasers, Flannels, Game, and USC.

The ideal candidate that we were targeting with the paid social media campaign needed to have experience in Oracle SQL & PL-SQL, C# and exposure to Warehouse Management Systems. Frasers Group was after the right people first and exact skillsets second.

SOLUTION

As a solution, we designed and developed a custom landing page, highlighting the benefits and perks of working as a Software Engineer at Frasers Group. We emphasized the reasons why choose Frasers Group as the employer, such as:

  • an unrivaled opportunity to work in one of the TOP 3 retail companies in the world
  • possibility for professional growth, including challenging tasks and motivating training budget
  • freedom and remote work possibilities

The landing page was created based on Frasers Group’s employer value proposition, position specificity, brand guidelines, and tone of voice. The aim of the landing page was to capture the attention of potential candidates and receive their contact details.

Next, we set up a social media advertising campaign that led to that position-specific landing page. We chose Facebook as the main channel for this job advertisement.

After a potential candidate clicked on an advertisement seen on social media, they landed on a specifically created landing page. The job applicants was able to send their CVs and details via an application form. The information was received by a recruiter in their applicant tracking software.
